Law for Photographers One-Day Course

This one-day course will explain the particular laws that can have an effect on those producing still and moving images, and is ideal for photographers, camera operators, and editorial executives managing & commissioning imagery. The areas of law covered will include:
- Libel
- Privacy & Confidentiality
- Trespass
- Public Order Laws
- Police Seizure Powers
- Data Protection Act
- Copyright
- Ethical Codes
Delegates will leave with an up-to-date knowledge of the range of laws which have an impact on producing and using imagery. This will enable them to make legally and ethically sound decisions when commissioning or producing still or moving pictures for publication.
